Common questions

What’s free, and what does the unlock add? Quick Play, every difficulty level, both play styles, practice and the first week of every season are free. One purchase unlocks the full Season mode: the rest of the regular season, the playoffs and the championship. It’s a one-time payment, not a subscription.

I bought the full game. How do I get it back on a new phone or after reinstalling? Sign in with the same Apple Account (or Google account on Android) you bought it with. It usually comes back by itself; if it doesn’t, go to Settings → Full game → Restore purchase.

Can my family use my purchase? Yes. The unlock works with Family Sharing on the App Store.

I want a refund. Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them: on iPhone, at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android, through Google Play’s order history.

Where are my saves? Do they sync between devices? Everything is saved on your phone only. There’s no account or cloud sync, so a season stays on the phone you played it on, and deleting the game deletes your saves.

How do I change the difficulty or how plays run? The difficulty level is picked for each season or game on the team picker, and its default is in Settings. Settings also has the two play styles: Auto play (your players run the play you called) and Tap to pass (you choose who gets the ball).

How do I see my achievements? Achievements are on the title screen. On iPhone they also go to Game Center when you’re signed in.

Can I play the tutorial again? Yes: Settings → Practice. Settings → Reset all coaching tips shows every tip again.

Deleting your data

There’s no account, so there’s nothing for us to delete: everything the game keeps is on your phone. Deleting the game removes it all. A purchase stays with your Apple or Google account, so you can restore it later.
